Before starting your washing load, use the provided measuring cup to measure out your scent beads. Use one whole cup for a subtle scent, and two cups for a more intense scent. Pour the beads directly into the washing machine drum, and then add your laundry in.
Yes. Our spray is formulated to be fabric-safe for clothing, bed linen, curtains, and upholstery. For delicate fabrics such as silk, satin or cashmere, test on an inconspicuous area first.
For a standard 3-5KG load, use 1-2 sheets, and for a load greater than 5KG, use 2-3 sheets. Adjust the number of sheets you use according to your personal preference, fabric type, and dryer settings.
As garments dry, the sheet releases fragrance and leaves fabrics soft to the touch.
Absolutely. Our beads, dryer sheets, and fragrance spray are designed to harmonise, creating a layered scent journey from wash to wear.
Depending on the fabric and storage conditions, the scent can linger for several weeks after laundering.
When used as directed, they are kind to fabrics and will not leave marks or residue. Please be cautious when using LE LUXE products on more delicate fabrics such as silk, satin or cashmere.
Our formulations are gentle and dermatologically tested. For highly sensitive skin, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list before use and proceeding with caution.
Yes, though for delicate textiles such as silk, satin or cashmere, we suggest a patch test on an inconspicuous area first.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the fragrance’s integrity and strength.
You can prolong fragrance by following the entire LE LUXE Ritual. Use the scented laundry beads during the wash, next use the tumble dryer sheets during the drying cycle, and follow with the fabric spray once garments are dry.

Shipping & Handling
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During product launches or high- demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.
Our Express Tracked service aims to deliver within 48 hours from dispatch. Orders placed after 3pm Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders to the United States are fulfilled through our dedicated U.S. shipping partner, located domestically. Delivery is expected within 2–6 days from dispatch, depending on your location within the U.S.
Orders outside the U.S. — including Europe and the rest of the world — are shipped from the UK. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance
For all international orders (including Europe), duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.
Your entire order will be shipped together on the specified dispatch date.
You can track your delivery using the link provided in your dispatch email. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our Care Team with your order number.
We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Eligible returns may be exchanged for:
- The same item in a different fragrance
- A different product from our range (price differences will be adjusted)
- Store credit or a refund
We aim to process returns within 10 working days of receiving them. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, store credits as a gift card, and exchanges are processed as new orders with standard delivery.
The cost of returning items is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty. Please retain proof of postage as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Please notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or exchange.
All parcels are sent via tracked service with photo evidence of delivery. If your order is confirmed as delivered, but is missing, please report the theft to the police and provide a Crime Reference Number so we can liaise with the courier.
