Shipping policy

LE LUXE Shipping & Delivery Policy 

At LE LUXE, we pride ourselves on providing a seamless and sophisticated shopping experience. Each order is handled with the utmost care to ensure that your items arrive promptly and in pristine condition.

Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) following your order confirmation email. During periods of high demand or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a separate notification once your order has been shipped.

If your order contains an item with a specified dispatch date, your entire order will be shipped together on that date.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. All deliveries are sent via Express Tracked Service, with an estimated delivery time of 48 hours from dispatch within the UK.

Please note that our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the following Monday.

For international orders, delivery times are typically 5–7 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at customerservice@leluxe.co with your name and order number, and our team will promptly assist you.

 

Returns 

Original Condition

To uphold the highest standards of quality and hygiene, we can only accept returns on items that remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition. All returns will be inspected upon arrival at our facility, and items failing to meet these standards may be declined.

Return Outcomes

Eligible returns may be issued as a refund, store credit, or exchange, provided they meet the requirements outlined in this policy:

- Like-for-like exchange: You may exchange your purchase for the same item in a different fragrance, subject to availability, and any price adjustments where applicable.

- Exchange for an alternative product: You may choose to exchange your item for another product available on our website (excluding pre-order items). Any difference in price must be covered by the customer at the time of return. If the chosen item is of lower value, the remaining balance may be issued as a refund or store credit, subject to our policies.

All exchanges are dependent on stock availability. Items must be returned within the designated return timeframes and in line with our store policies. Exchanges will be dispatched once the original return has been received and approved.

Processing Time

Returns are typically processed within 10 working days of receipt (UK).

- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

- Store credit will be provided via digital gift card.

- Exchanges will be processed as a new order and shipped using our standard delivery service.

If your purchase was made using both a gift card and an additional payment method, any refunds will first be applied to the gift card balance.

You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

Fair Use & Return Monitoring

To protect all our valued clients, LE LUXE reserves the right to monitor return activity. Unusual or excessive return patterns may result in limitations being placed on your account. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated claims of missing deliveries, high return frequency, or attempts to return items inconsistent with the original purchase.

Should items returned not match those ordered, or if fraudulent activity is suspected, LE LUXE reserves the right to refuse the return and take appropriate action.

Responsibility for Returns

Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by LE LUXE. Please ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit, and always retain your proof of postage.

The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is deemed faulty, in which case return costs will be reimbursed upon inspection.

We cannot accept responsibility for items returned to us in error. If we are able to locate such items and you wish for them to be returned, you may be asked to cover the associated delivery costs.

Duties & Import Taxes

International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt of their order. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not the responsibility of LE LUXE. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with your country’s import regulations prior to placing an order.

Damages, Issues & Stolen Parcels

Should you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately at customerservice@leluxe.co, and our team will arrange a swift replacement or exchange.

All parcels are dispatched using a tracked service, with photographic confirmation of delivery. If tracking confirms successful delivery with photo proof and your parcel is subsequently stolen, LE LUXE cannot accept liability. In such instances, please report the theft to your local authorities and provide us with a Crime Reference Number so we can assist further with the courier’s investigation.
